Prayer for son who wants to be a prodigal United States My son Noah wants to be a prodigal- and go back to live at his mom's where he has very little discipline, spiritual guidance, and isn’t held accountable or required to do well in school. He wants to go there because he says he has more friends there. Truthfully his mother spends little time with him and allows him to hang out into late hours and stay overnight with his so-called friends who are not only not Christians, but are bad influences, with whom he's gotten into trouble with the law with. He is facing juvenile charges there from a weekend visit at his mom’s last May when he and two of his “friends” snuck out of their homes at night after curfew, so they could vandalize the two friend’s school teacher’s property. For over 8 years, Noah only wanted to come back home to his hometown to live with me near his siblings and friends- His mom lives 230 miles across the state. He convinced the court that it was in his best interest to be with me, and I finally got custody of him a year ago. He got his grades up from 2.4 G.P.A. to over 3.96 this year while playing HS sports, attending youth group each week, playing with me on our church’s dartball team. Though I had to stay on him and there were times when he lied to me and was disobedient, I thought he was doing well. But then about three and half weeks ago, after spending four weeks of summer vacation with his mom, he dropped the bombshell he wasn't happy, has no friends here, and wants to go back and live with his mom. I was devastated. I was hurt, and I got angry- and in the flesh, I let him go back to his mom's a day early- instead of staying over on Sunday and going to his HS soccer camp and then back to his mom’s for two more weeks of vacation with her. She's already seen a lawyer to draw up papers- so I know she intends to go after custody, and get him in school as soon as possible. She’ll probably say I sent him back- which is not true-and in our local court the judge often sides automatically with the mother- granting temporary custody, as he did when she left 9+ years ago without even having a hearing. Meanwhile, this week he's with me for our 2nd week of vacation (I only get two weeks of the summer!). He was supposed to be back for good this week so he could play soccer and go back to school here as he did last year- otherwise he'd be at his mom's for the three weeks until school starts- that is, if he doesn't play soccer. PTL! Yesterday, he went to his a.m. and p.m. soccer practices! But this morning he refused saying he's not going to play and he's not going to stay here. I’d been up again in the night with an urgent feeling that I needed to pray for him, myself, my children and also grandchildren. He needs to stay home. I believe in my heart he is supposed to be where he has network of family and Christian support- a Godly father's influence, and is accountable for his actions and school work, etc. Thank you for your prayers for us.

Please pray for our failing marriage United States My husband is extremely unhappy in our marriage, even though he acknowledges that he doesn't know what would make it better. We have been in marriage counseling for over a year because he came to me last summer and said he wanted a divorce because he just wasn't happy. Help God United States Over three years ago I went thru a mental breakdown I was diagnosed as major deppressive with PTSD and Bipolar mania .I believe God is bigger and can heal me . It has been an extremily hard and lonely road .I have also been under demonic attack and oppression . Having horrible dreams and nightmares of unspeakable stuff .I cant remember the last time I had a peacfull nights sleep . I am haveing a hard time feeling Gods presence and beliving he loves me ! husband left me United States My husband of 30 years has left me. He has always loved and adored me and we have been an example of what a family should be to many people. He has always been a man of God and now says that God is telling him to leave me. We lost a business and lost everything in that venture. We are also very far in debt. Kevin has never failed at anything before. He didn't handle it well. He has also had a head injury that could be causing this. He has also taken my daughters and convinced them that I am abusive. The only example that they could give me was that I criticized her volleyball playing in middle school. He just left without any reason or without even trying and counseling or classes. He told me he loves me more than I love him. He also agrees that we get along better than most married couples. None of them will talk to me at all. They won't answer phone calls or messages. We have all of this debt to be resolved and he won't do anything about it or give me any information so I can do something. I don't know anything about my daughters. If they see me, they run away. If I go to their apartment, they won't answer the door. I can't work on anything, because they won't communicate. I feel like I am in the Twilight Zone. No one will talk to him. It's like our friends have disappeared. I feel like I can't go on one more day. Please pray for Kevin's healing - spiritual, physical, and emotional. Pray that this won't go to court - he has filed for divorce. Pray for my daughters and pray for me that I will learn what God is trying to teach me.

Need Prayer/ Miracle United States First I need prayer for my child. I ask for God to heal his mind, his nervous system and his body. I also ask for him to be able to comprehend and learn things thoroughly and easily. I also ask that he be able to communicate well. I also request that things work out between myself and at this point I don't know what to him anymore. Maybe it is ok to say significant other because he is still significant to me. I ask that he communicate with me and stop holding everything inside and becoming so quick to anger and such great anger at that. He has been so angry recently and I don't know where it is coming from. I ask that he not be so offended and upset that am concerned about him and want to help him with whatever he needs.I ask that whatever is hurting him he is taken away from him. I ask to understand him and what is going on with him and how I can help. I ask that he realize that I just love him and am not trying to do anything to hurt him. I only want to help him and be there for him. I also ask that he stop the drinking. I am so scared something bad is going to happen because of it. I ask that God step in and make everything ok between us again. I truly don't understand what happened or how to fix it. I also ask for guidance in making the right decisions because I am so confused on what to do. This is hurting me very badly. I am always crying. I am barely eating. As a result I was also on very strong pain medications that literally robbed me of my judgement. I was medically retired due to my injuries. We awarded 40,ooo.oo from soc sec disability. And I spent almost half of it on equipment to start a recording studio. The rest went to Doctor's Bills and other household needs. Our only income up until October of 2009 was unemployment. 365. a week.I don't understand how I could get that stupid even while under the influence of Dilaudid,Morphine,demerol.etc. As a result I ended up addicted to narcotics,(not because I was abusing them) but because I was on them for so long. Now my wife does not trust me about anything. She thinks that if my lips are moving.........I'm lying. She doesnt understand that the person that was in chronic pain and on narcotics, is a different person than me. She acts as though I was taking painkillers as a recreational thing and calls me an addict. The truth is that I was actually taking half doses of my medicine because I was terrified of getting addicted. Now she acts like she literally hates me. Urgent Prayer Request Canada I didn't know about you until I did an online search for a miracle prayer and lucked upon you and Father Peter Mary Rookey. I need an urgent miracle and it's not for me. I have a beloved who counted on me to get a debt of $5,765 US paid off. Three months ago, I assured him that it wouldn't be a problem and that I would do it. I based this answer on promises that had been made to me. Those promises never came through and now this dear, sweet, wonderful soul is preparing himself to kill or be killed. I have exhausted every avenue humanly possible and those people who owe me money, I am invisible to suddenly. Nobody cares and he is a sitting duck as Jesus was when he was a prisoner and died a most cruel death. I don't know what to do or where to turn but like with everything else, I turn to the Almighty and every saint and angel in Heaven. I don't believe for one moment that the Father wants people to die over money. I just don't, and I don't know how to give up. There will be bloodshed if nothing is done, and he's already planning to do something tonight!!!!!!!!!!! I am so frightened, and very worried. I'm not asking for any money. What I am asking for are prayers, urgent, urgent prayers to save lives. Blood will be shed and I am powerless to stop it. People sell their loved ones for money, it's horrible the way the world is. I love this person very much, more than he will ever know and I know he is a good man, deep down inside and he knows this too. But he doesn't believe. He's an atheist or agnostic whatever that is. That doesn't take away though that in truth, he is a good man with a good heart, who last year saved a man's life when no one else would do it. He was the only one who cared enough. I asked him why he did it, and he said, "At the very least, I bought him another year with his daughter." Please, I beg you, by everything that's holy, please pray for Bobby. This money is due on the 28th of September and there's only but a few days and he's already starting to prepare to die. He's only 44 years old and has had a miserable, lonely, life. He deserves better. I know that God is not a bargaining God, but I have asked Him to take my life and soul in exchange for Bobby's safety and deliverance. That's all I have of any worth, at least in the sight of Heaven anyway. I will gladly do it. Please, pray for Bobby. Bring us back together United States Please pray for me an William to be back together in a loving, strong, healthy and Godly relationship. We have been together for 2 yrs n he has left me because he is having trouble trusting people. He said he loves me n I love him. He said he is still hurting n not able to be with me right now from all his past decisions. We have been thru so much: seperation, his children moving away, both of us losing our jobs, me fighting cancer and William supporting me through it. He is a good man. We are good for each other. Prayers for Winnifred United States I am writing to request prayers be said for the soul of my pen pal Winnifred Teo Suan Lie of Singapore. Winnifred and I were teenage pen pals in the 1980's and corresponded for some time until her tragic death on May 22, 1985. She was raped and murdered at age eighteen near her home and her case is unsolved. Winnifred is a Catholic. If you would please include her in your prayers..
